Mongosg8 Posted September 24, 2012 Share Posted September 24, 2012 (edited) I envy you my friend. My parents were both full Italian, grandparents all imigrated here from Sicily. I grew up in a household where parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents all spoke Italian..........and I never learned it. Now it's too late. Funny story.........my brother HATES pasta of any kind except gnocchi....which is potatoes. Sounds exactly like my life growing up Italian. Wish they made me learn to speak it ..I think they did that on purpose so they can speak to each other and not let the kids understand what they were saying. Im a pretty good Italian cook.
