0 Chonke
Nothing set in stone, but here is a guideline that might answer your questions. http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/17083-faq-do-the-products-have-a-shelf-life/ falcaineer
0 TexWalker
I have an old bottle of brilliant spray glaze that looks good still...what do you say? I am pretty sure it’s time to get new glaze, but I’d rather save a few bucks and spend the money on the swirl killer.
0 Mariner
Be weary that a lot of the products have different reactions to varying temps. My garage in Florida gets crazy hot and I went to use my VRT one day and found it had the consistency of milk. My new bottle now lives in the house. falcaineer
0 TexWalker
But does consistency hangs impact the products ability to look good and protect the finish??? That’s the question.
0 TexWalker
Plus, I don’t have nearly enough room to store my products in the house. Good news, my garage doesn’t get colder than freezing and rarely gets hotter than mid 90s...if that means anything Edited September 26, 2017 by TexWalker
0 Chonke
Try shaking the brilliant glaze up. If after few seconds you can see some oil on top, then its already "bad" or at least it might not perform as its supposed to. I had 2 bottles of brilliant glaze go bad like that. You can also notice when you pour some on the applicator. It seems to soak into the foam much faster when the chemicals dont mix well anymore. If you dont use them often, try going into the garage and shaking them up every month or so to try and keep the chemicals from permanently splitting. 0 TexWalker
When I shake it up, it doesn't separate again, so I'm going to assume its ok. Im sure its not as good as a new bottle, but its free

Certain products, like VRT that Mariner mentioned, can become less solid with overexposure to high temperatures, which can impact their effectiveness and performance. Mine takes about 20minutes to separate, do you think its still good? The date on it is, 11/2016 ocdrifter
