Flip
Planning my first strip wash, clay bar, Polish, Seal, this weekend. What is the best way to get bugs off of the front of the car?? I have been having trouble with this issue during my regular washes.
0 Beemer
The clay bar should take off whatever doesn't come off with the strip wash. After you get a good base of sealant on there the bugs will be much easier to remove - IF you don't let them stay too long... TheWolf
0 TheWolf
Try pre-soaking the bugs with WW or diluted RW. This will help soften them up, so you can blast some of them off with the hose before using your wash media (pad or wedge). The New Strip Wash will also help clean the bugs off better than the regular pH-balanced CS. Like Beemer said, the clay will get what the wash misses, and a good coat of PS is your best defense against stuck-on bugs. Tyler@Adams
