SSilver07
Hey guys! I've been wanting to buy a steamer to help clean up interiors, house and the gas grill. I haven't done much re search but I think someone here on another thread mentioned this McCulloch from walmart? http://www.walmart.com/msharbor/ip/10771195?adid=1500000000000012981640&veh=mweb Any one have any recommendations? I know you get what you pay for but I'm not looking to get an industrial one. I will be using it but not everyday.
0 Ricky Bobby
The McCulloch's are good, that is pretty light duty but should work well for its tasks you mentioned. FWIW, get the same one from Harbor Freight with a 20% or 25% off one item coupon and its under $100. http://www.harborfreight.com/steam-cleaner-kit-8823.html If the budget allows and you don't mind a bulkier unit, the MC-1385 Deluxe has more psi and more attachments for cleaning. However it is double the price. http://www.amazon.com/McCulloch-MC1385-Deluxe-Canister-System/dp/B00G00BTEA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1423860656&sr=8-2&keywords=mcculloch+steam+cleaner Edited February 13, 2015 by Ricky Bobby TheBurninator

Works great! Especially with the triangle attachment and a towel around it. At some point I want to upgrade to the one in the second link. Seems like nicer packaging for storage and transport. 0 Sizzle Chest
I have a 1385. Good quality. I was surprised that it could compare to some of the Mytee's/etc for the price! Ricky Bobby
0 CMDChase
I have the McCulloch that RickyBobby is talking about and also purchased it at Harbor Freight for under $100 with a coupon in Sunday's paper. Works extremely well in cleaning the engine bay. Ricky Bobby
0 SSilver07
Thanks guys! I think I'm going to pull the trigger and get the second one.
0 Fierce5
I have the Mytee Firebird VS1500 and I'm happy with it. The pressure is great and the steam stays hot for a long time before the light turns on and you have to wait until the machine heats up again.
