BlackedoutLT3
Had this Acura TL to detail this past weekend. Car was in ok shape but needed some work. Before Pictures of when I got it. This fender had two scuff marks So I always start with doing the inside fenders and tires. I used All Purpose Cleaner and Wheel cleaner brush. (Looks to be out right now so couldn't link that) Next was to spray Deep Wheel Cleaner and scrub with New Wheel Woolie. Next was to clean the car. I used a two bucket method with grit guard one filled with clean water and one with Adams Car Shampoo, Two Adams Porfessional Car Wash Pad one for top half of car and one for lower half. I like to start with a foam gun (sorry not from Adams, the only product I use not from Adams) to get the car wet and slick before I start to hand wash. For the emblems I use Adams trim & lug nut brush to get inbetween the emblems to get all the built up grit out that you can't get out with wash pad. Once car has been washed and rinsed off to dry with Adams great white microfiber drying towel Now the prep for buffing. Start with Adams clay bar and Adams borderless blue microfiber towel I also did a headlight correction. Wasn't able to get it all out as I had to wet sand it and didn't have a higher grit sand paper. Before pics Started off using Adams 4" Orange foam cutting pad with Adams Paint correction polish Then finished off with Adams 4" White foam finishing pad with Adams Paint finishing polish After pics With this car I did a one step just to get some hard water spots out using ">Adams 7" white foam finishing pad with Adams paint finishing polish and whiped it off with Adams borderless blue microfiber towel This was the after of the two scuff marks I had up above After finishing off the car with the one step. I put on Adams liquid paint sealant with 7" Machine sealant & waxing pad with Adams old single soft towel Now to give the car a little pop and depth I put on Adams brilliant glaze with Hex grip pad and wipe off with Adams borderless blue microfiber towel Finishing off the paint and giving it extra protection was Adams americana premium carnauba paste car wax and wipe off with Adams borderless blue microfiber towel Also make sure you clean those windows! Adams glass cleaner and Adams glass cleaner towel Last thing is to dress up those tires and wheel wells with Adams New tires shine and Adams invisible undercarriage spray dressing NOW THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!! Michael@Adams
Looks great! As a TL owner I have been noticing the neglect most owners have for them around my area Glad this one looks like new for being and 04-06!
