Kingsford
Looking for a good Brand that makes a quality machine for Hot Water Extractors. It needs to be a low price and not huge. I'm not spending over $500 on this thing so if its over that price don't even post it. What can anyone recommend? I seen a few around but I'm not sure about the brands. Mytee S-300 was one I came across under the price but unsure about how well they are made.
0 Fphillips
Mytee S-300 is about the only one you can for under $500. Unless you get a bissell. But Mytee S-300 doesn't heat the water. So it's a cold water extractor.
0 TheBurninator
This is the cheapest I have found for a heated extractor.http://www.cleanfreak.com/Qstore/p002323.htmI have seen it on a couple of sites for around 600 or so.
0 DrippinF150
I just picked up a Sandia hot water extractor. I'm very impressed.
0 Z71_Denali
Mytee S-300 is on sale at the geek site
0 Kingsford
Thanks but the S-300 doesn't have a heater so it's not really a Hot Water Extractor... Just more of a vacuum. If I'm spending that much money the thing better heat the water too! Edited April 17, 2014 by Kingsford
0 DrippinF150
I would be really surprised if you found a good hot water extractor for under 700. I got mine thru a janitorial supply store locally for 650 and that's because I knew the guy. Before going to him the cheapest I could find them for were about 750 to 800. 0 Chuckster
How many times are you going to be using the machine? If you are a Pro and are going to be using the extractor on a regular basis spend the money and get a hot water model. If you are a occasoinal user grab a Bissel and call it a day...... The Bissel is a decent unit for the money (< $100) however it will never last if you are doing detailing for a living....... You get what you pay for. If you are spending more than $400 on a machine.......spend the extra money and get a good one that will heat the water. 0 69CamaroSS
I use a mytee, I don't remember the model off hand, but I know it's a middle of the road unit with a heater. I use it pretty much non stop for 3-4 hours a day, It works fantastic! Would recommend it to anyone!
