0 GerryC Posted May 17, 2013 Share Posted May 17, 2013 If it poses a problem at all, like if they don't fit the backing plate or if they don't work as well, definitely let us know. I still use Gen 3 focus pads personally (only reason being they are still in great shape) so I'm not sure of any recent changes in the Gen 4 design. Maybe someone else can chime in on that. 0 MrHot88 Posted May 18, 2013 Share Posted May 18, 2013 My red and black focus pads are much thinner than the rest of my set, I prefer it this way I love the green pad, cuts very well and easier to work with using my drill.
