Captain Slow
These past two days had the TBSS garage queen getting a spring clean up. Yesterday it got a two bucket with Grit Gard wash using jumbo & small wash pads and Adam's Car Shampoo. I clayed the paint and glass then sealed the glass with Glass Sealant. This morning I gave the paint two coats of Quick Sealant an hour apart. Wheels and trim got SVRT and the wheel wells got grape Koolaid. The interior got vacuumed then the carpet got cleaned with Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner. My wife is very pleased to say the least. I think she looks good for a 115,000 mile daily driven turned garage queen. The Guz, mc2hill and Chewy
The Guz
My wife is very pleased to say the least. That's the most important thing. I think she looks good for a 115,000 mile daily driven turned garage queen. I would have to agree with this as well. Always been a fan of the TB SS. Blue17CamaroZL1
Since I'm still without a garage, I can't give the Camaro or Corvette a full detail yet. However for the car show, I did give them a nice waterless wash and detail spray. Aside from the Camaro wheels, they were all clean and shiny!!! mc2hill
I did this Infiniti G35 over the weekend (started Fri night, then returned it, picked it up again Sat afternoon and finished Sat night). i have polished this car a couple of time before, and the first time I thought I had grabbed some aggressive clay and marred the hood. This time I used Adam's new clay, which I KNOW is mild. I could not believe it when it also marred the paint. Man, this is some soft paint! After claying A 50/50 shot after polishing There is still some environmental damage in the hood (bird bomb & bug etching, and paint 'divots'), but it looks way better now. I will get the car back in a few weeks to lay down a coat of Americana, so I will get some After pictures and do a full write-up then.

NorCO_1806
OK, so this isn't something that I did today (or even yesterday when this story takes place) BUT.... I went to the Denver Cominc Con over the weekend and they had some movie & TV cars there. Each looked ok, but the Batmobile from Tim Burton's movies (Michael Keaton) was shiny as all get out. I walked by a few times, heard some people make that comment. Saw people looking at their reflection in the body panels. One time when I was walking by I saw a guy inside the ropes wiping it down. Guess what he was using?? That's right, Batman uses Adam's Detail Polish.....really wish I'd gotten a picture.

The Guz
^^^ Looks very nice. Did you use SVRT on the trim? My uncle has a white special edition FJ that he asked me to do. As soon as we settle on a date I will be polishing his. I washed my daily driver and applied some Adam's tire shine. I didn't get picks as I was losing daylight. mc2hill
FINALLY cleaned my truck! It was so bad there was some streaking from the trim, but I was amazed that the Rinseless Wash rinse bucket was fairly clean. Got lazy and just did the wheels and tires at the end with remaining Rinseless water (love low dusting brakes!). I vacuumed it for the first time since I can't remember when too. Then did a TID wipedown. It was shining very purty on the way to work today.
