THE Mook
Morning! One last "Quick Detail" before I unleash the final, big write-ups from Auburn. I wish we would have had more time for this customer. He had 7 other cars there needing the same thing, but by the time he showed up to our booth, it was 10 minutes until the Auction started. I had to make the call of washing a few more cars, or make sure the team gets all 1200 cars wiped down before they cross the block. Oh well. Process: Two Bucket Wash, Clean Wheels and Tires, Detail Spray Wipedown, Dress all Rubber, Clean Glass. Before: No During, half the team was already beginning to wipe down while the other half stayed back to complete this in 30 minutes or less! After: Thanks for stopping in. The remaining cars...well, we did a lot more work to! Mook
