Chewy
I thought he was going to pump up his shoes at the beginning... That's pretty awesome! If it wasn't for the cars reflecting off the doors, you'd think it WAS slow motion...

Junkman2008
So that's what you all are calling it today. Sounds like regular techno to me. I'm a house fan myself, but I do dig some techno. Like A.B. Logic's "Watch Out for the Hitman" <object style="height: 390px; width: 640px"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgqYa34Pp_I?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgqYa34Pp_I?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="360"></object>

Junkman2008
Well my collection goes all the way back to the mid to late 70's, before house and techno were even born. I pretty much have everything that get sampled these days. When I hear someone sample a classic, I can usually break out the classic. But that's steppin' way back into my old DJ'ing days. I appreciate all forms of music, literally have every kind on my computer (little country though). i found a perfect condition record player in my basement a few years back when we were overhauling my house and my mom was jus.t like, throw it out. I said no way, and eventually found a whole ton of old records, everything from led zeppelin, ray charles, beatles, frank sinatra, gap band. All of them in a box inside of a plastic bag air tight and in perfect condition! think im the only one up at college with a record player hahah

It's just good ol' techno in my opinion, lol. Stuff was HUGE about 10-12 years ago. And now it's just come back around, guess I'm getting old. Doug123
Hey, those guys were really great, they even had matching shoes, and yes, part of the deal is the great moves. I don't know how they sing and do the moves too. And there are more moves - search out Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, and the Chi-Lites, and, of course, the hardest working man in show business, the Godfather of Soul, Jaaaaaames Brown! Junkman2008
You guys would love watching the show "Unsung" on TV One. It chronicles all the funk & R&B bands from the 60's and 70's, sorta like VH-1's "Behind the Music". Some outstanding footage on those shows.
