Perez
the way i dry my pads and it only takes a few hours to completely dry. It is a cheap box fan propped up on my push-up bars. sorry the metal around the fan is a little rusty..
Perez
I do the EXACT same thing with the EXACT same fan. Pads are usually dry by the next morning. Just make sure that whatever you put on the grate isn't heavy enough to touch the spinning hub. just put what ever is holding the fan up off the ground towards the edges where its stronger and wont bend into the fan itself. Photo Shooter
I've found that foam applicators dry much faster when you extract as much water as possible after rinsing them. I roll them up in a towel. Compress them as flat as possible as you roll them up. Roll and squeeze; roll and squeeze. The towel will be saturated and your applicator be totally dry by next morning. CrawlinTBSS
That's a major no-no. It ruins the backing on them. Hrmm didnt think about that. Ill check them when i get to my shop and see. i really only click on the PC for like 2 seconds cause that initial start up whips most of the water out, i dont let it stay on and spin. the1inblue
That's a major no-no. It ruins the backing on them. I don't think this will ruin them as long as you don't do it for long periods of time. Junkman spins them out when showed how to use the universal pad washer. Vincenzo
I have a round fan with a flat face that swivels and rotates...... I prop 3 books underneath it and aim it straight up, put it on low and let the pads dry out. Usually does it overnight.
CrawlinTBSS
not a bad idea. i wring mine out good then spin em on the PC fast and let em air dry. usually dry after 6hours or so, especially if they dry outside in the heat.

Perez
i usually ring them out pretty good then put them on there on medium and there dry in 2 hours. edit** the newer pads without the plastic ring are a bit lighter and when they are dry they become to light and the air lifts them off. easy to know when there dry

smokemeister25
that's a great tip. last week i put mine in the coldest bathroom in the basement bathroom. two days later they were still wet. junkman told me to put them out in the sun so i laid them on my grit guard and it still took quite a while for them to dry. so this is a good idea. thanks
