In the catalog there is an offer for a free bottle of car shampoo. Well apparently I was one of the first customers to get the catalog and I needed my adams fix so I went ahead to order my new wash pads and brilliant glaze. Well I was the first customer to try to use the coupon for the free shampoo and it wasn't fully active, so it never went through. I emailed Adams on a saturday after 5 o clock and to my surprise Adam himself immediately responded back and let me know he would take care of the issue himself. But the simple things like that are what keep customers coming back and that's why I will be a customer that comes back time and time again. Thanks again guys.
