Marylander
We JUST ate the last of our leftovers(!)... and we've been eating turkey pretty much every night since T-giving. Anyone else still enjoying the bird?

jub jub
Not this late in the game. Food is good for about 3 days in the fridge (38*) before the funk starts to set in.
mikegeaney
I have not personally tried it yet, seen it done while tailgating, but I plan to fry a Turkey over the X-Mas/New Year's holidays. How can that be bad?
Krzdimond
Can't stand Turkey... had ham and it was gone the 3rd day (if food is around on the 4th day, the dog gets it....5th? the garbageman)

08G8V8
I have not personally tried it yet, seen it done while tailgating, but I plan to fry a Turkey over the X-Mas/New Year's holidays. How can that be bad? Deep fried turkey is great. Very moist and juicy. Be careful though! I worked with a guy at my last company who was doing one out in his driveway to be safe to not burn down the house by doing it on the back deck. The oil overflowed, and the flame from the propane caught it on fire, and torched his wifes brand new car that was sitting in the driveway. He's famous for it and will never live it down! Rich
Hot turkey sandwiches with potato pancakes made from the leftover mashed potatoes on Friday and that was the end of it. My wife gives a lot of it to our kids to take home for later. Sure was good though.
