Did a chicken, a turkey breast, and 4 turkey breast tenderloins on the smoker.. I bbq, grill, and smoke all year round.. I will have to find my pics.. I shoveled a path through 4' of snow to get to my grill.. Yea Im dedicated LOL

I am right behind you for some smoked ribs. Here is our setup. We have a charcoal vs propane battle going on here. I am on the charcoal side and I think propane is giving in.

It's really simple: Propane heats the house, charcoal heats the food.
