Washed+Clayed+Glazed+Waxed before Winter

Since the truck was in the garage for a year while getting worked on, it needed to be clayed extremely bad. Today was a nice enough day to get it done before winter. Washed with Adams shampoo, Clayed the whole truck with Adams Clay kit, glazed with Brilliance Glaze, Waxed with Americana. Super VRT on tires and engine bay. Undercarriage spray in wheel wells.

Man arrival blue looks great when its cleaned up. God I miss my SS. Very nice truck man. Isnt that intake a bit hot? I know a cold air isnt really cold air but at least by the fender its colder than that.

Yeah its obviously warmer than by the fenders but the coolant resiviour wad relocated to where the intake normally mounted. My options were this or having it look out of place and shoved behind it

how are those leds in you drl's..i tried a set and they lasted about 2 days...also where did you get the clear corners ..

I actually pulled the drl fuse. I never actually turned them on with the leds lol. Theyre literally there as just place holders. The clear corners I got years ago. Forget the name of the company but I believe they have a store on ebay

you can find those headlights on ebay or you can go silveradoss.com theres is a write up on how to bake and separate your factory headlights so you can just remove the amber yourself.

if you remove the amber it looks horrible. the upper piece looks good but the lower is terrible. thats why some just paint/smoke the amber because without the reflector it doesnt look right.
